Our facility is a playground inspired by the urban environment and everyday we train to build confidence, conquer fear and explore our limitless creativity both physically and mentally. At No Limits we have a number of options for people from all walks of life. Whether you are an elite athlete who wants to push yourself to the next level or you’re just looking to learn a new skill-set recreationally, we have something for you. Manu Kala Mandir Dance Academy is a premiere dance school specializing in Bharata Natyam, Bollywood, Fusion/Contemporary and Stretch classes. Established in Mumbai, India in 1962 and in Calgary, AB in 1980, MKM Dance is Calgary's oldest and most established professional Indian classical dance institution. Students from MKM Dance have completed their Arangetram (dance graduation), performed internationally, received arts grants and scholarships for performance and further studies, and joined professional dance companies.
